We had to change all our windows in Montreal. It was by chance that we stopped at PVCO in Granby. We had already had a few quotes done in Montreal but were not convinced. We were greeted by Michel, one of the co-owners. He is responsible for sales. We immediately appreciated his advice and his authenticity, we quickly felt confident. I see a huge advantage in doing business with the owners rather than with representatives. The permit application with the city was complicated, Michel had to make and redo his submissions and he was always very supportive and understanding. It is clear that Michel and his brother (the other co-owner who will be installing the windows) are proud people who want their customers to be satisfied and who want to offer the best service possible. So for now, A1 service for sales and advice. I will complete my review when the windows are installed!
